The mysterious tower that i will conquer

Its been a few days since the incident with Suzy, she is not acting like a poppy around Davy anymore, she knows what she did is wrong, after all he had done for her.

Today Davy is planning to go raid a dungeon, she puts on some new gear, takes his sword and walks out. Suzy is just standing still looking down, she wants to go with him but she thinks he will refuse, Davy stops and looks at her.

”What are you doing, lets go, didn you say you want to get stronger? ” he says these words while walking away.

”Are you sure I can come? ” Says Suzy while she is following Davy.

”Its fine, I don blame you for being scared of me, it was my fault for not controlling my ability properly. ”

She looks at him and smiles while blushing, she clenches her fists and vows to never leave his side no matter what, she intends to get stronger and accompany him on his journey inside the tower.

They arrive at the only dungeon in Seoul, no one is around, people are probably scared to go in since they don know whats on the other side. They go in, Davy no wavering at all while Suzy is a little nervous, as soon as they entered the dungeon, an orc appears and tries to kill them but with Davys fast reflexes he easily kills it.

Davy gets a lot of exp by killing a E-rank orc, he takes the core and gives it to Suzy. They continue going deep in the dungeon and killing all the monsters they find.

After a few hours of hunting they both leveled up by a lot, Davy is now level 17 and Suzy is level 11. They take a rest and have something to eat, Suzy cooks some meat and gives it to him.

”Thanks, anyways, how are your wounds? ” chewing on the meat as he asks.

”I still feel pain a little big but I can tell the wounds are starting to permanently heal, its all thanks to you. ”

”That good, just don overdo it. ”

After they finished eating they continued to hunt, a lot of valuable items dropped but Davy didn need them so he told Suzy to pick anything she likes and leave the rest. They finally arrive at the boss room, at the door is a giant guardian with a spear in one hand and shield in the other.

”hmm, this thing looks tough, how about it, think you can take it? ” he asks Suzy while looking at her.

She hesitates to answer but her resolve to not hold Davy back any makes her agree. She walks towards the guardian, E-rank, she runs towards the it and strikes its legs but she only grazes it. The guardian attacks with the spear and she barely dodges, she steps back and fires her ”fire bolt ” but it does little damage.

The guardian charges towards her and she moves out of the way but the monster retaliates by swing the spear sideways like a stick, hitting Suzy right in the read causing her ribs to crack, she is sent flying into the wall and she coughs up blood.

”Dammit, why is it so strong? ” she says to herself while struggling to stand up

”you need to used your powers more efficiently, remember how I used your magic against the metal snake. ” Davy gives her advice while observing the fight from a far.

She takes his advice and stands up, she closes her and eyes and concentrates the flames, condensing them and stretching them, she throws a spear made out of fire towards the monster and it does a look of damage however she let her guard down and the guardian punches her into the wall, she coughs up a lot of blood and her wounds open up again.

Davy appears out of nowhere and cuts the guardians head clean off. He quickly heals her, she is barely keeping her eyes open.

”you did great, next time don let your guard down ” he says with a slight smile on his face.

She sees the smile on his face and she smiles too.

”yay ” she says as he passes out.

He lets her lie down and goes into the room boss, there is only one orc, sitting on a throne, with killing tent so thick you can feel it in the air, he knew this orc was strong but its not a threat to him. He also unleashes his killing intent which overwhelms the orcs.

The orc snaps and attacks him, this is not a fight, its a one shot, in an instant the orc is filled with bullet holes. Thats right, he used his fathers gun, the orc dies by having its head chopped off.

”didn you say I am not ready for D-rank dungeons? Why are the monster so weak. ” He asks system.

”Master, are you sure you are human? ” system asks in a confused tone.

System is confused since Davy is not supposed to defeat a D-rank monster that easily.

”What nonsense are you spouting now, lets get out here, at least we got some good item and high quality core. ”

The items he received are: healing potions, strength boost gloves and a magic book. He goes out of the boss room and sees that Suzy is till sleeping. He picks her up and walks towards the exit.

He exists and waiting for him is miss general smiling at Davy, he ignores her and walks past her. She looks surprised and proceeds to yell telling him to stop but Davy just keeps walking.

”YOU DARE IGNORE ME? ”, she says in a pissed of voice.

She activates her mind domination, her power always her to make anyone her slave or so she thought. Her power lands, Davy stops and activates intimidation, she driver passes out and Miss general falls on the ground in fear. Davy appears in front of her with a cold look on his face.

”I don know who you are or what you want but the next time I see you be ready to die. ” He was always with his clothes being swayed by the wind.

Miss general regains her cool after a few minutes but fear of Davy was imprinted in her, she tells the driver to immediately go back to the airport.

”I need to report this to the superiors. ” She says while looking at her phone.

Davy appears on top of the car, jumps in front of it and stops it. Miss general starts shaking as Davy walks towards the back door. He opens the door and drags her out.

”why are you doing this? ” she asks him while being held by her hair.

”I have a feeling that if I let you go things are going to get annoying, so I will just kill you now. ”

”No please wait, if you kill me you will get hunted by the government, just let me go, I promise I won say anything about. ” She begs him to spare her.

”you do have a point, hmm, how about you call your government and tell them there is nothing special about me, do that and I will let you live. ”

”O..OK, I will call them. ”

She calls them and tells them exactly what Davy told her, she starts crying and peeing herself because deep down she knows, just by looking at his expression, she knows she is going to die. She finishes and hangs up, she puts her phone away and looks at Davy.

”I..i did what you asked for, will you let me live? ”

”hmm, sure why not ”

”Thank you, thank you… ” she gets interrupted by Davy.

”But you will have to join my group from now on, refuse and I will kill you, your powers will be helpful in the tower. ”

”Eh? But you said you will let me live. ” She asks with a sad face.

”tsk, don give me that sad face bs, I said I will let you live but I never said I will let you go, stand up and follow me and kill that driver. ” He says while walking away.

”Dammit, how did things go to shit this fast, I will die if I go around with him, DAMMIT. ”

She gives in, she kills the driver and follows Davy, he plans to gather people who will be useful in his conquest.

[somewhere in Seoul]

”I should go find mister Davy first before I go look for my parents. ” Says Ari as she walks away from a pile of reaper wolves she just killed.
