Jae Hyuk hesitated before entering the cave.
He looked inside.

“You’re—”

Kwon Jae Hyuk, who appeared perplexed and had an expression as if he was looking for something that couldn’t be found, looked up to give Eui Yeol a brief glance.

He pretended as if nothing had happened, which replaced his previous scrunched up expression and approached me, while staring intensely.

“Did you suffer from any injuries?”

“I am fine… but that—” I said, puzzled as to why he was holding the dimension stone, but Jae Hyuk simply smiled.

Finally, Kwon Jae Hyuk looked up, and glanced back at me as he said that Jung Yi Joon was still alive and breathing.

“Let’s go home, Yoon Jae,” he said before smashing the dimension stone in his hand.

Everything seemed to be drawn into the centre as Kwon Jae Hyuk easily shattered the dimension stone into pieces.

Eui Yeol, who was staring at Jae Hyuk, me, the unconscious Yi Joon, and Jae Hyuk were all sucked into a bright white light.

I couldn’t keep my conscience awake, and when I finally closed and opened my eyes again, I wasn’t in the cave anymore.

The three of us, along with Jae Hyuk, and even Eui Yeol’s tamed bull suddenly appeared in the gymnasium, which had been reduced into shambles.

The audience exploded into applause when they saw us appear out of nowhere, and were stunned by the sight of the bull. 

They were fascinated by the bull’s appearance, which was larger than any other cow on the planet and had an unusual appearance.

“Yoon Jae!”

Ki Hyun Joo, who had called out my name, ran towards me.
Foreigners in black suits tried to stop her, but Ki Hyun Joo shoved them away and dashed over to me.
Which left me wondering where all her strength came from.

“Are you all right?”

“I am fine.”

Ki Hyun Joo lifted me up, turned me around, checked my body, and cried as she said that it was fortunate that nothing was wrong.
I was taken aback by her tearful appearance, but I was preoccupied with thoughts that circled around my head in confusion.

‘How could you have known?’

How did Kwon Jae Hyuk figure out that shattering the dimension stone would allow us to escape?

Except for me, who knew the original story, no one else knows about the gate at the moment.

I was curious as to how he managed to get it from the dinosaur, but it was even more surprising that he was well aware of its potential power.

“Miss, I’d like to tell you something—”

Ki Hyun Joo was approached by the agent whom she had pushed away before. 

I heard that the space gap that had formed out of nowhere had vanished, but they said they would take us in custody and thoroughly investigate us since there might be suspicions about us, the people, who had emerged from it. 

Ki Hyun Joo gave a chilly smile in response.

“Don’t worry; Sungwoon will handle everything.”

“Miss, this is not something to be taken lightly.”

“Why? Aren’t they already dead to you already? You said that we don’t need to rescue them since they’re dead, so this shouldn’t matter, right?”

He just stared at her coldy.
I wasn’t sure if Hyun Joo even bothered to answer anything after that.

“In the end, our own people stepped in to save them.
They are significant successors and friends to us.
They wouldn’t have been saved if it hadn’t been for Sungwoon, so I’m hoping the US government doesn’t mind.”

“Miss—”

The agent squeaked out his words and then walked away, causing Ki Hyun Joo, who had been staring at the agent’s back, to snort and her face to turn into a spring breeze1 when she noticed me.

“How did Jung Yi Joon end up that way?”

“Well, something happened, and I’ll tell you about it later.”

“OK, I’m not sure what happened… But let’s go to the Sungwoon Foundation Medical Center, which I prepared just in case you come back scathed.” 

As if Hyun Joo was flexing the power of Sungwoon, an ambulance was actually dispatched.

I begged Hyun Joo to take care of the bull as well, after seeing the researchers snooping around the bull standing idly , and she nodded.

It’ll certainly be taken care of since I handed it to Ki Hyun Joo…

I jumped into the ambulance, relieved.
Jung Yi Joon, who had passed out, was carried in a stretcher, and Eui Yeol, me, and Kwon Jae Hyuk sat in the ambulance on our way to the medical facility.

My heart was troubled when I saw Kwon Jae Hyuk, who had a tranquil countenance as usual.

‘What the hell happened?’ 

Kwon Jae Hyuk noticed my gaze and looked at me with a smile. 

The smile made me shiver without realising it, and I had subconsciously averted my gaze.

‘Kwon Jae Hyuk… Are you also a possessor?’

So, if you’re familiar with the original…? Even if you’re not like me, I assumed that you had an ability similar to that.

‘Can he, for instance, look at information about things or people?’

So, am I in any danger? 

He may have seen that I am not Ki Yoon Jae after reviewing the information about me.
My spine grew numb, and all sorts of ideas raced through my mind.

The number of things for being suspicious about Kwon Jae Hyuk has grown.

We were taken to the medical center by ambulance.
After undergoing many procedures, including blood testing, we were able to enter the hospital room.

We were advised to be hospitalized because of the scratches we received from rolling, tripping, and falling from the cliff.
While Jae Hyuk, on the other hand, just went in because he said that he hadn’t been in there for a long time now.

It’s the weekend, so I thought it’d be wonderful to stay at the hospital without having to worry about school.

“Is Yi Joon all right?”

When Jeong Yi jun, who was still unable to open his eyes, started to worry me, I inquired.

The doctor explained that he was simply sleeping due to exhaustion.
He said that he had a nosebleed and that the test was fine, but he offered to give him a vitamin supplement just in case.

I was able to feel a little relieved to see the medicine being put on Jung Yi Joon.

We opted to take nutritional supplements one by one because we did nothing compared to Jung Yi Joon, and we faced the same consequences.
As the three of us lay side by side taking nutritious supplements, Eui Yeol smiled and stated,

“This hospital room is better than my own room.”

I laughed as I saw him exclaim enthusiastically that this looked better than the hospital room in the drama or even his own room. 

WIn actuality, the room we’re in is a single VIP suite that is now being used as a triple room because it is large enough to accommodate multiple people. 

Eui Yeol’s appreciation was natural because such a room could not possibly be terrible.

The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and foods because it wasn’t a room where one was hospitalised because he/she was seriously ill, rather a room where company presidents went to recuperate when problems arose.

“When you’re hungry, go to the refrigerator and get something to eat.”

“Yes! And they have ice cream too! But the descriptions are all in English… Yoon Jae, would you like to have one as well?”

“Uh, yes… Please give me one as well.”

I was likewise hungry after listening to Eui Yeol’s description.
We shared one ice cream in the shape of a bear’s face, which was covered in chocolate and topped with nuts.

Someone entered the hospital room as we were eating the melting chocolate coated bear ice cream.

“Hello, Mr.
Ki and Mr.
Jang.”

It was a lady dressed in a white lab coat, but she didn’t appear to be a doctor or Korean, but her accent was strange, as if she had mingled foreign pronunciations.

“My name is Rachel Lee, and I’m from Area 51.
Mr.
Ki, you know what I’m talking about, right?”

Rachel let out a quiet laugh.
It was a face that looked like I didn’t know yet knew what it meant.

‘You’re a member of the Special Forces Countermeasures Department,’ 

In Korean, it’s referred to as Ineungbu.
It’s known as SNT in the United States.
When the aliens first appeared, the US government seized control of the media and information, imprisoning all aliens at Area 51, where extraterrestrials were allegedly tortured. 

The government had no choice but to release them later because it was beyond their control…

In any case, Rachel’s presence was obvious.

‘It has to be the gate.’ 

The world’s very first gate.
Despite the fact that the SNT had no idea what it was, it must have recognised that I had something to do with it.

I took a quick glimpse at the hospital room’s entrance.
Because this was a VIP room rather than a standard room, the floors were different.
To put it another way, it was impossible to get here in the normal way.

‘There is a traitor on the loose.’

There was someone inside the hospital who betrayed Sungwoon and monitored us for the convenience of the US government. 

Because there’s no way Ki Hyun Joo would have let her guard down.

When Rachel asked me a question, I adjusted my expression and glanced at her instead of staring at the entrance with narrowed eyes.

“I have a question for Mr.
Ki.
Could you please respond?” 

“I—”

I smiled and whispered a secret to Rachel, who was ‘secretly’ gloating.

“Can Rachel address a question I have as well?”

“…”

“For instance…the name of the individual who brought you here… What did the person get in exchange for this?”

Rachel’s smile darkened at my question.
She came over to me and sat gently on the edge of my bed.

“If I say that, will I be able to hear Mr.
Ki talk about the inside of the strange crevice floating in the sky?”

“Sure.”

We looked at each other and laughed.
