Little Terrified Bun

On a spacious and traffic-free road, a silver van drove straight ahead.

Inside the van, an adult man was driving with three other people, who were sitting in the co-pilot seat and front row respectively.
In the back row slept two children who looked to be six or seven, their tiny bodies curled into balls and their sweaty hair laying on top of their foreheads above their tensed brows, appearing uncomfortable.

All of a sudden, the van jerked and the driver hit the brake instinctively.
‘Gu dong,’ the two children at the back of the van rolled to the floor due to inertia.

The four people in the car were already nervous, and upon seeing the current situation, they almost screamed.

The big boss, who was the driver, glanced at the man in the co-pilot seat, signaling for him to check out what happened on the road.

The man gulped down his saliva with his heart thudding violently and his blood pressure rising to a high level, his entire body like an extremely taut string that would snap with a single pluck.
He lowered the van window with a shiver and looked outside secretly.
He only saw a black sedan stopped behind them and a young man in his 20s standing anxiously beside it.
