”Oh, you must be Hiroto Fujioka and Taguchi Sergio. ”

”Yes, thats us, ” I said and the elderly lady known as Mrs. Jodai smiled.

”Great, well since you are here Sergio. We can go ahead and do both of your enrollments together. ”

”Thats great so the other isn waiting long right Fuji? ”

”Yeah, meaning it can give us more time to explore. ” I hummed as I looked over the paperwork that she provided me.

”Yeah… ” He nodded like that idea, and I laughed softly. We both began to fill out the enrollment forms for all of our classes. Of course, they were different since we were different majors, but most were the same.

When we finished the paperwork, she began to give us the entire spill about the rules, dress code, and whatnot. It was then she mentioned the dorms.

”So our dorms, are filled right now. But the seniors that already graduated are going to be moving out within the next week. Once those rooms open up. We can get you two into a dorm room. ”

”Can we share a dorm? ”

”That won be guaranteed just because we typically pair freshman with sophomores and juniors. With them being new, we encourage the upperclassmen to help the newcomers. ”

”That makes sense, ” I said, and Sergio puffed his cheeks sadly and I looked over at him.

”Hey, don pout. We are still sharing a hotel room for a week, and we can hang out when we aren in classes. ”

”Okay, don forget me. We just met, but I mean it. ” He said and I laughed rubbing my neck.

”I won forget trust me. ”

”Good. ”

”Anyway, we don have a curfew. You are all adults; we just ask you to be responsible and not bring a bad reputation to this school. As you know, we are the top school. ” Both of us nodded our heads in understanding.

”Orientation will start in two weeks. Then your classes will start on these dates. ” She handed us our paper and we looked at it. It seemed Sergio went to the same orientation which was fine with me.

”Did either of you have questions? ” She asked and we both shook our heads and she nodded.

”You can have jobs, but only part-time. We are serious about our students studies and want them to succeed. We only produce the finest young men for the future. ” She said.

”Parties will happen, but keep it legal. Don get the cops called, and stay out of trouble. If you get into trouble with the law, it could lead to expulsion. ” Geez, they do not play with their reputation.

”If you guys still don have any other questions, I will email you guys when your rooms are ready. Here are your school badges. Welcome to White Mountain Academy. ” We nodded and stood up walking out. The meeting with the advisor didn last as long as I thought it would which is fine with me.

”So, what should we explore first? ” Sergio asked and I thought about it.

”Well, we got our school badges, might as well look for our classes so we aren completely clueless on the first day. ”

”Smart, I can be so directionally stupid sometimes. ” He laughed rubbing his neck, and I shook my head.

”Thats the last thing we want since we are new, and this campus is huge. ” He nodded in agreement and we began our exploring, some people looked at us oddly, and I felt a bit nervous. I wasn as energetic as Sergio, and he didn even seem to realize some were staring.

”Are you okay Fujioka? You are turning red in the face? ” He pointed out and I blinked before looking down.

”Just every person we passed; they were staring at us. ”

”Well, I am adorable… and you are pretty cute. So, it is natural. ”

”How can you say that with such a straight face? ” I asked completely astonished that he was that confident.

”I have been told by everyone I have this cute face, maybe because my face is sorta chubby and soft looking and I wear glasses. You, my friend, are really cute. So, I only speak the truth. ”

”Thanks… ”

”You have never been told you were cute either have you? ”

”No…. ”

”Oh my gosh, you are so innocent. Its so cute. ” He started to pinch my cheeks and I groaned.

”Hey stop that. People are staring. ”

”Sorry, sorry… ” He said and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. I sighed slightly as we explored.

”So, between me and you… I heard their frat parties, are amazing. ” He whispered in my ear and I blinked.

”Uh… parties aren my thing. ”

”If we get invited, we have to go… together. ”

”But… ”

”Come on please… for me? ”

”I don know… ”

”You can decline, since we haven even been invited to one yet. ”

”Well, you can ask me to join if we haven been invited. ” I retorted and he puffed his cheeks and I smiled at him.

”Fair point, but if we do. You have to go with me. We are new, and should stick together. ”

”Fine, if we get invited to a party. I will consider going with you. ”

”Awesome! ” He said with a wide smile and I felt like it was going to be a long year with him as my new best friend. Though seeing him smile all excitedly made me smile as well.

After exploring the school, looking for all of our classrooms, and occasionally talking with some of the teachers. We headed out of the building. Not going to lie, my feet were killing me but it was worth it. The schools decor was amazing, had some amazing art pieces. It made me excited for my classes honestly.

”Hey, Fuji. What is your favorite thing to draw? ” He asked as we made our way to a café to grab food.

”Honestly, I enjoy drawing nature. It changes so often, and you can always go to a different angle and draw it differently. Its amazing. I also enjoy having people sitting in like a garden and drawing them. ”

”You should draw me… ” He said randomly and I blinked shocked.

”Eh? Why? ”

”I don know, I just feel like it would be fun. ”

”Okay, we can just let me know when you want me to do it. ”

”Okay, maybe sometime before orientation. ”

”Seems like a plan to me honestly. ” We walked into the café and ordered what we wanted before taking out seats. We waited for them to bring our orders out, and just looked around.

”Man, I wonder if we can befriend some of the upper-classmen. ”

”You will have no problem with that I am sure, ” I spoke.

”You will? ”

”Yeah, I am not that sociable honestly. Being around a lot of people makes me uneasy. ”
